Login Hints/Procedures

• Start with a fresh Internet browser screen
• In the Address Bar type in www.maipf.org.  Do not store in your favorites.  (You can check by doing a right click in any area of your Favorites listing and choose Sort by Name to make sure you do not have more than one stored.)
• On Home Page check to see if you are registered - http://www.maipf.org/Registration/ProducerLookUp.aspx

Not registered – Complete Form http://www.maipf.org/MAIPF_Agency/frmagencyinfo.aspx - wait 2 business days while we verify license status

 

Already registered - password set

You are advised your EARS account is active – Click on the EARS Login button.

 

Already registered - password not set

You are advised that your EARS account has not been set up - Click on Set up Ears Account button

 

Setting up your EARS Account

• Enter your 7 digit System I.D. number (on your state insurance license)
• Password not set - Enter your Agency FEIN or the Social Security number that matches the system I.D. number (no dashes or hyphens – first time only)
• Click Login
• Next screen allows you to create your own password (7 – 15 alphanumeric characters – it is case sensitive).
• Click Submit

You are now at the Secure Site Screen to select what you need.
