Go to the appropriate web site and you'll be ready to use our system.

In order to successfully access our system, you must meet all of the minimum system Requirements.

The information below on how to alleviate the AOL/browser problem, was obtained from the AOL web site.

Topic: IE...Connection to the server could not be established

If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer and you get the following message when trying to access the Internet: "Internet Explorer Cannot open Internet site http://<Web address>. A connection to the server could not be established," then try rebooting your computer.

1. Exit AOL and all other applications you have open.

2. For Windows 95 and Windows 98 select Start, then select Shut Down, then select Restart to reboot your computer.

For Macintosh, from the Special menu, select Restart.

3. After the computer starts back up, sign onto AOL and try the browser again. If you do not turn off your computer on a regular basis or if you use the "sleep" or "suspend" feature instead of turning the computer off, rebooting your computer should fix the problem.

Tip: Always be sure to open the AOL software before the Web browser software. You may have problems using the browser if you open that software before the AOL software.
