MAIPF Login Information

After 5 failed attempts, you will be locked out of the system for 15 minutes!

Due to security concerns with the use of social security numbers, the login screen now requires you to enter your System I.D. number from your State of Michigan License. If you do not know your number, select Individual Producer or Agency. Your System I.D. number will appear on applications that you submit through EARS. When you submit applications by mail, enter your System I.D. number on the front and back of the application.  Your password for the first time will be your SS number or FEIN number depending on which System ID number you use. After your initial login you will be asked to create a new password.

MAIPF staff will NOT have access to your password.  If you forget your password and request a reset, the password is sent to the email address we have on file for you or your agency. Please make sure that you have notified our office of all current email addresses for all licensed producers in your office as well as the main agency email address.

To supply us with the email address for each licensed producer in your office, please complete and submit the  Agency Database form.

TIPS for Creating Passwords

  • If you are asked if you want to save your password, click No.
  • Passwords must be 7 to 15 characters in length
  • Passwords must contain at least one number and one letter
    (mixed upper and lower case with numbers is best for tighter security)
  • Passwords will expire every six months.
  • Passwords are case sensitive.
  • You should keep this password safe and for your use only.
