MAIPF Board
of Governors
A Board of Governors consisting of seven representatives from
participating member companies,
two insurance agent representatives, and two public representatives administers
the Facility. The
company representatives are elected annually by the member companies. The Commissioner of Insurance appoints the agent and public
representatives.
The officers for the
2010-2011 Board of Governors are as follows:
- Chair, Amerisure Mutual Insurance Company
- Vice-Chair, Allstate Insurance Company
- Secretary, Hastings Mutual Insurance Company
- Treasurer, State Farm Mutual Insurance Company
The remaining Board of Governors members follow:
- Auto Club Insurance Association
- Auto-Owners Insurance Company
- Citizens Insurance Company of America
- LeRoy Bostic, Producer Representative
- Cheri Locker, Producer Representative
- Sandra Liddle, Public Representative
- Laura Quinn, Public Representative
- Michigan Office of Financial and Insurance Regulation, Ex-Officio
