Producer Commission is paid
based on premiums collected.

Commission is 10% of the policy premium
for risks other than long haul trucking and public
passenger carrying vehicles other than school buses.
For these exceptions, the commission is 
5% of the policy premium.

If the policy has a mixture of risks
(for example, private passenger types and taxicabs),
the commission is 5% of the policy premium.
