Terri A. Miller, CPCU, serves as the General Manager of the Michigan Automobile Insurance Placement Facility. She joined the Facility staff in June 1999.

Terri has over twenty years of experience in the insurance industry, and has held various positions in underwriting, product development and management. Prior to joining the Facility, she was Vice President of Underwriting Operations for Citizens Insurance Company in Howell. She also spent four years as Personal Lines Manager in Citizens' Indiana Branch.

Her duties include directing the HEAT® Program, which operates a toll-free confidential tip line (1-800-242-HEAT) for reporting information about auto theft, carjacking and auto theft-related insurance fraud.

Terri is a graduate of Central Michigan University and obtained her CPCU designation in 1989. She is a member of the Olivet College Insurance Advisory Board, the Mid-Michigan Chapter CPCU, serves as a trustee for the Michigan Association of Vehicle Theft Investigators, and has served on the Livingston County Community Foundation and the Central Indiana CPCU Chapter board.
